They always had everything up and running in the common areas and my building never needed maintenance but once and they were out there in a heartbeat without any hesitation. I would recommend them to my family and friends. Joe H

The maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and the building is well maintained. They were very flexible with moving dates and let us know that we were welcome to stay a few days past the end of the month if necessary. I am no longer a tenant of FairGreen as I have relocated but I would definitely recommend them to anybody in the area. Gemma F
